Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Plans (Pro Monthly / Pro Annual)

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, email support@holistcode.comwith your account email and the subject line “Refund Request.”

After the 14-day window, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period. Cancellations can be made through the “Manage in Portal” button on the Billing page, or by contacting us at support@holistcode.com.

Payment processing is handled by Creem. Refunds are processed through Creem and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Credit Packs (Starter / Boost)

One-time credit packs are eligible for a 7-day no-questions-asked refund from the date of purchase, provided that no credits have been consumed (i.e., your credit balance equals the originally granted amount).

If credits have been partially used, we offer a prorated refund for the unused portion within the 7-day window. After 7 days, or if all credits have been fully consumed, credit packs are considered non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

TCM Health Checkup (One-Time)

The TCM Health Checkup is a one-time digital wellness service. It is eligible for a 14-day refund from the date of purchase if the service has not yet been delivered or used.

If you have already received the wellness profile report, we still honor a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service quality, contact us with your feedback and we will process a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@holistcode.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include your registered email address and the product name you wish to refund
  3. Briefly state your reason (optional — we accept all valid requests within the policy window)
  4. We will respond within 2 business days confirming receipt of your request
  5. Approved refunds are processed through Creem within 5–10 business days

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase-refund cycles)
  • Fraudulent activity or terms of service violations
  • Requests submitted after the applicable refund window

Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly, in duplicate, or without authorization, please contact support@holistcode.com immediately with your account email and receipt details. We will investigate and issue a correction or refund as appropriate.
