◈ Corrective Sequence
Track energy, meals, and stressors in a journal for 3 days. Note: 1-10 energy before/after eating, sleep quality, and mood dips.
Expose eyes to natural light within 15 min of waking for 5 min. Avoid screens until after breakfast to align cortisol.
Eat warm, cooked meals: pumpkin, sweet potato, ginger, and chicken. Avoid raw/cold foods and refined carbs to prevent Spleen qi deficiency.
Take a 10B CFU probiotic on an empty stomach AM/PM. Include fermented foods (kefir, kimchi) daily to reduce gut inflammation.
