◈ Corrective Sequence
Check: joint swelling, skin redness, digestive heat, elevated CRP. 2+ → Overheat confirmed.
Press LI11 (end of elbow crease, lateral side) firmly for 90 seconds each arm. Major point for clearing Heat and inflammation.
Brew 1 tsp turmeric + 1/2 tsp ginger + pinch black pepper in 300ml hot water. Drink twice daily. Turmeric clears Damp Heat.
Light exercise (brisk walk) for 20 min to induce mild sweating. In TCM, sweating vents Heat through the exterior.
Add cooling foods daily: celery, watermelon, mung bean soup, cucumber. Avoid spicy, fried, and alcohol (all add Fire).
